A planning layer that pressure-tests an approach before any AI starts executing it. You state what you are trying to accomplish, PlanMode drafts and challenges the plan, and only approved phases hand off to agents. Plan history and a decision log keep the reasoning attached to the outcome.

Built as a direct answer to agent sprawl. The plan is the artifact people review, approve and revisit later — execution is downstream of it, never ahead of it.
